Anger Management Groups
Ten 90-minute sessions
Certificate of Completion provided after completing nine.

Groups of up to 6 people held entirely online.

Groups are 'open enrollment' meaning you can join at any time and each session is independent of each other.
​
The curriculum follows a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model. This is an evidence-based practice shown to decrease maladaptive responses to feelings of anger.
Topics include:
- Short-term strategies to prevent escalation
- Long-term approaches for improved overall well-being
- Recognizing triggers and cues of emotional dysregulation
- Identifying belief systems that lead to conflict
- Start establishing alternative thought patterns to decrease emotional distress
- Alternatives to aggressive communication styles
